Shipping estimate
Shipping cost and delivery timing are attached to the invoice workflow. The product subtotal shown in the basket does not silently include an unverified shipping amount.
Address accuracy
The invoice form collects street, city, state or region, postal code and country. Buyers should review these fields before submission because the information becomes part of the order record.
Tracking and order questions
After an order has an invoice identifier, shipping and tracking questions can be linked to that identifier through email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
